- National Advertising (Registered with Property Nationwide – monthly publication)
- Via Cork, Galway & Dublin Offices by separate arrangement.
- Our established database of clients provides an early starting point.

With every instruction we compile a detailed floor plan of your property, which is highly beneficial to a prospective buyer in terms of giving a sense of scale to the property and from the point of view of showing the relationship between the various rooms and layout of the house. This is done by electronic means and is not in anyway intrusive.

As well as the finer details of the property, we would also collate numerous photographs to use on the brochure, and the websites, to demonstrate the main features of your property i.e. views, location, interior features etc.

Interest in your property will be monitored via the websites, and in terms of brochures given out, so that we can see at a glance, how much interest has been generated and feedback to you accordingly. All viewings will be with 24hr notice, and details will be noted on file. Once a suitable buyer has been found for your property, we will monitor, and keep you abreast of the legal process each week, until the sale completes.
